Well we’re winding down what should have been the busiest real estate month of the year – so how do we stand and how do things look? Across the board we still have a ways to go to get to a typical “peak” month but the results are strong across the board. I’m still thinking June/July will be the peak(s) as the new showing protocols take hold and we are able to continue to conduct transactions safely and efficiently.
