I wasn’t sure how long the effects of COVID-19 were going to impact the real estate market, to be frank I thought it would have been longer than this.
The levels are still down when you look purely YOY but if you look at it in terms of being a seasonal trend we really did just regress back to January and are starting the upward climb.
