May has definitely been showing signs of stronger activity – just how much stronger will it be than April? At least moderately across Brant & Wellington and stronger still in Waterloo Region.
I don’t think May will be the peak though as it traditionally is – I think the market will shift a month or two making either June or July the dominate month. What we see here is two weeks in a row of net-decreases in available inventory and BIG jumps in sales in Brant/Waterloo.
